  • Standard order processing takes 1–3 business days (excluding weekends, public holidays, and peak shopping seasons). Orders placed after 12:00 PM (local time) will begin processing the next business day.
  • Pre-order, custom, or personalized items have extended processing times as noted on product pages; estimated fulfillment timelines are clearly displayed at checkout.

1.2 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • We offer standard and expedited shipping options to eligible regions. Delivery times vary by destination:
    • Domestic Shipping: Typically 3–7 business days after order dispatch
    • International Shipping: Typically 7–21 business days after order dispatch (excluding customs clearance delays)
  • Delivery times are estimates only; we are not liable for delays caused by carrier issues, weather disruptions, customs holds, or unforeseen logistical issues.
  • A valid tracking number will be sent to your registered email once your order ships, allowing you to monitor delivery status in real time.

1.3 Shipping Costs & Restrictions

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method. Free shipping promotions (if applicable) are subject to minimum order thresholds and geographic limitations.
  • International customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the order total or shipping cost.
  • We reserve the right to refuse shipping to restricted locations, PO boxes (where prohibited), or high-risk regions at our discretion.

1.4 Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

  • If your order is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or is missing items, contact our support team within 7 days of the marked delivery date with your order number and photographic evidence.
  • We will investigate carrier claims and resolve valid issues with a replacement, full refund, or store credit at our discretion.

2. Returns & Exchanges

2.1 Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet the following requirements:
  • Requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original, sellable condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
  • The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
    • Final sale, clearance, or discounted items
    • Custom/personalized products
    • Hygiene products, beauty items, and opened consumables
    • Digital products and downloadable content

2.2 Return Process

  1. Submit a return request via our customer support email or Shopify Returns Portal, including your order number, item details, and reason for return.
  2. Wait for a return authorization (RA) number from our team; returns without an RA number will not be accepted.
  3. Ship the item back to the designated address using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, defective product).
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your request within 3–5 business days.

2.3 Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement item is out of stock, we will notify you and offer a refund or store credit instead. Customers are responsible for price differences and return shipping fees for exchange requests.

3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. We do not offer cash refunds.
  • Refund processing times vary by payment provider: typically 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your bank or card issuer’s policies.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective merchandise, incorrect order fulfillment).
  • We reserve the right to deny refunds for items that do not meet return eligibility criteria or show signs of wear, damage, or misuse.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet entered the processing stage.
  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled; you will need to follow the return process for a refund after delivery.
